What sets Kyllo Homes apart
Our 50,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility runs two production lines, with a custom cabinetry and millwork division and a 10,000 sq. ft. welding shop under the same roof.
Before production starts, our design and sales team develops engineered specifications and floor plans with you. Those specifications go to our materials team, then through a full review with production supervisors and department heads.
Throughout the build, our quality assurance team tracks progress and performs inspections, and a final quality inspection is completed before your home is released for delivery.

Design, production, cabinetry, delivery and setup all happen in-house, and our warranty program continues after your home is installed.

Your home takes shape in our Sicamous factory, from framing to drywall, typically in 12 to 16 weeks, with progress updates along the way.

We coordinate CSA certification and third-party inspection so your home moves confidently into production and onto your site.

We deliver across BC and Western Canada, set your home on its foundation and connect everything, ready for move-in day.
