Experienced movers of big homes

We are not new to moving big homes

Our team has moved houseboats of all sizes to marinas across North America, as far south as Texas and east to the Atlantic coast. That same experience plans the route, permits and access for your home, so it arrives safely and on schedule.

Delivery and setup are quoted separately because every site is different. We will walk you through access, foundations and servicing before your home leaves our Sicamous factory.

Delivery questions

What owners ask before delivery

Kyllo Homes builds in Sicamous and ships modular, manufactured and park model homes across Western Canada. Its experienced transport team has also delivered large homes and structures to Alaska, the western United States and as far south as Texas. Delivery outside Western Canada is considered case by case, so contact Kyllo with your location and site details to confirm what is possible.
Factory production commonly takes about 12 weeks for a park model and approximately 12 to 16 weeks for a modular home after the design is approved and the project is scheduled. The full project takes longer because it may also include design, engineering, financing, permits, foundation and site work, transport, installation and final service connections. Kyllo will provide a project-specific timeline.
Kyllo can provide factory drawings, engineering information, specifications and certification documents needed to support permitting and inspection. The property owner, local contractor or project professional is generally responsible for municipal applications, site permits and site-related inspections. Requirements vary by jurisdiction, so Kyllo can help clarify which documents relate to the factory-built portion of the project.
A modular home is normally installed on a permanent engineered foundation, such as a basement, crawlspace or slab. A manufactured home may use an approved permanent foundation or engineered pier and support system. A park model is installed on an approved support system that meets manufacturer and local requirements. Soil, climate, engineering, local code and intended use determine the final solution.
Kyllo Homes coordinates transportation, placement and setup for its factory-built homes. The team can help assess route and site access, truck or crane needs, foundation readiness and pre-delivery requirements. The exact scope, schedule and price depend on the home, location, road access and site conditions, so these details are confirmed for each project.
