Our story
Twin Anchors grew its houseboat rental fleet from 27 to more than 100 boats, and helped Sicamous earn its name as the Houseboat Capital of Canada. Twin Anchors Houseboat Vacations still welcomes around 26,000 houseboaters every season.
That experience, building homes that are lived in hard and moved often, shaped how we build today. Kyllo Homes brings quality-inspired, functional design to park models, modular homes and manufactured homes across British Columbia.
Our history
1977
Where it started
A pioneer of the houseboat rental industry on Shuswap Lake, Twin Anchors began as a tightly knit, family-run business in Sicamous.
2002
Room to grow
We expanded into our 50,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility, building rental fleets across North America and custom houseboats for clients worldwide.
2006
New markets
We entered the relocatable building market, applying decades of durable, comfortable accommodation design to demanding industries.
