What sets Kyllo Homes apart?

Our 50,000 square-foot, COR-certified and ISO-approved manufacturing facility is comprised of two production lines with a 35-day build cycle from start to finish. On average our facility produces two to three modular structures per week with the capacity to increase that number if required.

Prior to build spot confirmation, the Design and Sales Team develop engineered specifications and floor plans based on client requirements and desires. Once the build spot has been confirmed, these specifications are released to our materials department who evaluates inventory and pursues suppliers. Prior to production start, a specification/floor plan review is conducted between Sales, Design, Materials, Production Supervisors and Department Heads.

Throughout the production process, our Quality Assurance department tracks progress and performs inspections to test quality and ensure schedule adherence for on-time delivery. A final quality inspection is conducted following unit completion and prior to its release for shipment. Kyllo Homes offers transportation and set-up to our clients with the capacity to deliver throughout Canada and the U.S.
