Inside the Kyllo Homes Park Model Show Suite at Channelside Landing
There are moments that remind you why you do what you do.
As the doors opened on Saturday morning, we weren’t just welcoming visitors into a new park model—we were welcoming visitors into a home that represents everything Kyllo Homes stands for.
Our Show Suite Reveal at Channelside Landing was a day we’ll never forget.
It was incredible to meet so many new faces while reconnecting with familiar ones from throughout the Shuswap. Seeing families walk through the home, admire the finishes, ask thoughtful questions, and imagine themselves enjoying the lifestyle that Channelside Landing offers made every month of planning worthwhile.
When we first began designing the show suite, we asked ourselves one simple question:
What do we want people to feel when they walk through the front door?
The answer became the inspiration behind every design decision.
We wanted the home to feel calm.
We wanted it to feel warm.
We wanted it to feel connected to nature.
Drawing inspiration from elemental design, we combined warm wood tones, authentic stone textures, abundant natural light, and timeless finishes to create a space that feels bright, welcoming, and effortlessly beautiful. Rather than following short-lived trends, we focused on creating a home that would remain timeless for years to come while reflecting the natural beauty of the Shuswap.
This show suite gave us the opportunity to showcase the premium craftsmanship and customization available at Kyllo Homes. Throughout the home you’ll find elegant Corian countertops in white onyx, lunar drift versetta stone, beautifully crafted custom cabinetry, a fully tiled walk-in shower, durable James Hardie siding, Fuzion premium flooring, and thoughtfully selected fixtures that work together to create a home that feels both luxurious and inviting.
Every detail was intentionally chosen to demonstrate what is possible when quality craftsmanship meets thoughtful design.
While this home showcases a higher-end finish package, one thing remains true of every Kyllo Home—we believe every client deserves a home that reflects their own lifestyle and vision. Whether you’re building one of our Park Model Homes or one of our Modular Homes, every home is thoughtfully designed around the people who will live in it.

A Home Built by an Incredible Team
Seeing visitors walk through the show suite and hearing comments about how spacious, bright, and welcoming it felt was one of the most rewarding parts of the day.
Of course, a project like this is never the work of one person.
The show suite is the result of the incredible talent, craftsmanship, and dedication of the entire Twin Anchors Manufacturing team. From design and engineering to production, finishing, delivery, and setup, every department played an important role in bringing this vision to life.
We would also like to thank the many team members who volunteered their time throughout the event, welcoming guests, answering questions, giving tours, and helping ensure everything ran smoothly.
A special thank you goes to Greg Kyllo’s oldest granddaughter, Kylie, who spent the day assisting at the event. It was wonderful to have another generation of the family helping welcome visitors into the home.
Celebrating Community
One of the most memorable parts of the day was seeing our community come together.
We are incredibly grateful to the Sicamous Ferry Society for partnering with us by serving food by donation throughout the event. Thanks to the generosity of everyone who attended, we were proud to help raise funds for an organization that continues to make such an important contribution to our community.
A heartfelt thank you to Emma Brauhn of Sip & Soul for serving delicious handcrafted beverages throughout the day. Her warm hospitality and incredible coffee created a welcoming atmosphere that guests truly enjoyed.
We would also like to sincerely thank Sheena Brauhn of Rustic Shuswap Blooms for providing the beautiful floral arrangements displayed throughout the show suite. The stunning flowers perfectly complemented the home’s elemental design, bringing together natural textures, warmth, and organic beauty in every room.
Thank you to Ali Watson, REALTOR with RE/MAX Shuswap Realty, for her partnership and support throughout the event and for helping showcase the incredible lifestyle opportunity that Channelside Landing offers.
A special thank you also goes to Transition Marketing Services for supplying the fantastic event giveaways and promotional materials that helped make the day even more memorable.
Thank you to Summit 91.5 FM for broadcasting live from the event and helping share the excitement throughout the Shuswap.
We were also honoured to welcome local MLA Dave Williams, members of the local media, industry partners, neighbours, friends, clients, and so many members of our community who stopped by to celebrate this exciting milestone with us.

Thank You
A home is never just about the walls, windows, or finishes.
It’s about the people who build it, the community that surrounds it, and the memories that will be made inside.
Looking around the show suite on Saturday, filled with families, neighbours, local businesses, and longtime supporters, we were reminded why we love what we do.
To everyone who attended, volunteered, partnered with us, and helped make this day possible, thank you.
We couldn’t be more proud of what we built together, and we can’t wait to welcome many more visitors through the doors of our Channelside Landing Show Suite.
From our family and everyone at Kyllo Homes, thank you for being part of this exciting new chapter. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
